Hello Families!
Last week of school for some of you! We hope all is going well as you prepare to close out another school year and we hope those of you in high school have a great first week off!
We are planning a short Young Women’s ward camp this summer! More details will come out as we finalize everything, but the plan is to stay for 2 nights at Sis. Swan’s cabin at Sasquatch Mountain! The dates will be July 6 – 8. Please fill out our registration form here even if you are not planning on attending so we can gather accurate numbers. As always, please remember to check the end of the email for our lesson schedule!
This week’s activity: Pool Party at Desjardins (Year end)
- Date: Wednesday June 28
- Time: 5:00pm at Sis. Danielsson’s for carpooling from Abbotsford. 5:30pm at Bishop’s house for carpooling from Mission
- Location: Bro. & Sis. Desjardin’s 12459 Sylvester Road
- Details: Outdoor games, ice block sliding and swimming. BYO towel, pool toys, and snack to share (some refreshment assignments may be made. Bring a chair. Our activity is somewhat open-ended. We will stay as long as the Desjardins will have us, and as long as the youth are enjoying themselves, but we have put a cap on the activity at 9:00pm. Leaders will help get the youth home, they will either drop them off for you or will have your youth text you when we are heading back.
