- Location: Stake Centre
- Details: We will be learning some self defence with Dana. Wear comfortable clothing.

- Time: Clearbrook: 5:45 at Stake Centre (6:30 at Temple)

- Details: Please make sure your recommends are up to date and that you bring them with you. Reach out to members of the presidency if you need anything or carpooling.
